Rabbi Shlomo Abrams

He's a compassionate rabbi from the Dallas Area Torah Association who generously shares Torah wisdom and hosts events. Alongside his wife, they lead tours to Israel, even with newborns.

He is one of the sweetest young rabbis you will ever meet. He is associated with the Dallas Area Torah Association and is a pulpit rabbi with his own shul. When I am honored to talk to him, I always learn a little Torah that applies to the day. I am forever grateful for him hosting Deputy Mayor Arieh King (who wasn't Deputy Mayor at the time). He opened his shul and has offered to help on other occasions. His Jewish Learning Center is dedicated to bringing the beauty, warmth, and joy of Jewish learning to Jewish people of all Jewish backgrounds and affiliations. Rabbi Shlomo takes a Jewish men's tour to Israel each year while Hudi, his wife, watches the children, and then she takes Jewish women to Israel, and Rabbi Shlomo watches the children. I asked her once what she did with her newborns, and she said, I take them with me!
