Keith and Jodi Anderson

Jodi and Keith, pioneers in Christian-Jewish relations and integral to Texans for a Safe Israel, endured personal tragedies yet remained steadfast in their dedication to Israel and the Jewish people. Keith's recent passing leaves a void, but their legacy of friendship and advocacy endures.

Keith and Jodi Anderson

All I can say is there would be no Texans for a Safe Israel if not for this amazing pioneer couple dedicated to bettering Christian-Jewish relations. I met Jodi over the phone in 2014, a few weeks before David Wilder arrived. Little did either of us know the tragedy coming. She lost their son a few days after that. Just two weeks after that, the doctors gave her a grim diagnosis. Nevertheless, she never stopped doing everything she could with every ounce of breath left in her for Israel, Judea, Samaria, and the Jewish People wherever she found them. Keith always was in the background making sure details were attended to. It took them both! They led countless group trips to Israel, sharing all the time about their Covenant friends and the Promises of God to them. She was my mentor, cheerleader, and good friend to me. To say she has been sorely missed is a gross understatement. There is not a day I don't think about her. Since I began the fourth part, Keith has passed away. As I said, he was always behind the scenes, but Jodi could never have done what she did without him. I have no words for the personal blessing he was to our family. He never gave up on one of our children...ever the encourager, and he saw tremendous fruit come from that work.
