She is a chef in her own right and once had a kosher catering business. Before she moved to Israel, she stayed with us. We had several classes that people loved. One was how to make challah. Judy brought 5 pounds of flour for each person and the biggest bowls I have ever seen as her gift for each person, as well as all the other ingredients. We all treasure those times.
